📋 Terms & Conditions
- Invoicing: 50% deposit on projects, balance upon delivery. Monthly retainers due on the first of each month.
- Payment Terms: Net 15 days for invoices over $2,000. Accepts e-transfer, cheques, and ACH transfers.
- Cancellation: Retainers require 30 days notice. Project-based work non-refundable once commenced.
- Time Tracking: Hourly work tracked and reported bi-weekly. Minimum 1-hour increment.
- Communication: Response time via email within 24 hours (same-day for retainer clients). Available via Slack, email, or Zoom.
- Availability: Based in Ontario, Canada (EST). Primary availability Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.
